Welcome to the 2017-18 School Year!  

On behalf of the Wren Avenue Parent Teacher Association, it is our pleasure to welcome you to our PTA community! We look forward to an awesome year filled with fun educational events and activities! Most importantly, we look forward to supporting our children and our teachers in their journey toward attaining excellence in education!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ's)

What is the membership fee? 

* The cost is $10 per family. 

 

How can I pay for my membership? 

* Cash and checks are accepted for payment. 

* Checks should be made payable to: Wren Avenue Elementary PTA 

* Stop by the school office to pick up the PTA envelope. Complete the form on the outside of the envelope, then enclose your payment and return it to the office. 

 

What do membership fees support? 

* Wren Reader Club 

* Family Fun Nights 

* Teacher Appreciation 

 

If I become a member, do I have to attend meetings?  

* If you are able to come to the meetings, we encourage you to participate in what is happening at the school. If you are not able to attend, you can still support the school just by being a member of the PTA.

Ed100 is a free, self-paced online course that prepares you to make a difference in your school or school district. Whether you are a parent, a teacher, or a community member,  Ed100 helps you learn what you need to know to be informed, credible and ready for action. Each lesson takes about 5 minutes, in English or in Spanish. Each time you complete a lesson, you earn a ticket for our school to be entered in their next drawing.
