What is Homelink? - Homelink is your access portal to Aeries, the database the district uses for all students. 


Who needs to sign up for Homelink? - Parents/Guardians of students.

Why do I need an account? - With your Homelink account you can access your students: gradebook, visuals on student performance, weekly progress report email signups, ability to check student attendance, access to state test scores, update emergency contacts and their contact information, and update the school authorizations. When your student moves on to middle school and high school, you will need the Homelink account for electives and schedule choices.


How do I set up my account? - Here is the link to the Steps to Setup an Account. You will need the letter we've sent home with their verification code and student ID. You will also need the primary phone number on the students Aeries account. If you do not have this information, please contact the school office.


Why am I still receiving emails and/or letters to sign up for my account when I already made one? - If you have already made an account but are still receiving emails or letters, the confirmation of the information on your students profile has not been completed. When you create your account, you will be asked to confirm student authorizations, medical history, emergency contacts, student information, documents, family information, then one final review and confirmation of all the information. When this final confirmation is completed, your account is designated as completely set up.


What if I don't want my child's information on the internet?

The system used, Aries, is the same system we use in the office, the information is already on the internet, we are only asking you to confirm the information. The system is extremely secure. One of the districts most important priorities is student and family privacy.


Where can I find the student ID and verification code?

We have sent home a letter at each materials distribution that includes the student ID and the verification code. If you no longer have this letter, you can contact the office staff.

If you are having internet connection issues, please contact the office, we can request a hotspot from the district office.

Material Distribution Days are for all grades from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM and 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. If you are unable to come during those times, you may come to the office and we will help you pick up the items.
